| 摘 要： | 结合上海汇智大厦改造项目的实例,针对国内城市"烂尾楼"的现象和处置的难题,提出通过改造使其重新焕发生机的思路。改造过程中应关注顺应当今社会需求的变化而进行适应性改造,作为房产项目其改造的经济性也是不容忽视的问题。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the thorny problems in handling do-mestic urban "abandoned building" and taking the Huizhi Mansion as example, this paper brings forward a line of thought for irradiating vitality of the abandoned by remodeling. It emphasizes that one should pay attention to adaptive remodeling for conforming to the change of social requirements. The remodeling details and technique become the main points and difficult points in the project design. |
