| Abstract: | Reviewing the domestic housing industrialization and its technical development, this paper divides the housing industrialization history into three stages of creation, exploration and transformation, and makes systematic analysis of each stage in terms of design and standard, main industrialized technique, componentized technique of interior finishing and installments as well as relevant project practice. It is expected to provide beneficial enlightenment for the future development of domestic housing industrialization. |
