基于愈合理论的"三坊七巷"保护研究

城市必须继承和发展反映自身城市发展历史的城市文脉,这是一种城市文化和城市精神.本研究提出愈合历史街区理论,基于此理论分析了福州历史街区"三坊七巷"的保护问题,从历史街区和古民居建筑的"初步愈合"和"造血再生"两个层面入手,提出了保护历史街区的基本理论与方法体系,对愈合理论的可操作性问题进行了探讨.

Study of the Conservation for the "Three Neighborhood Communities with Seven Alleys" Based on the Theory of "Concrescence"

Urban culture needs inheriting and developing urban context that reflects urban history. By concrescence theory, this paper makes study of the conservation of his-toric blocks -"Three Neighborhood Communities with Seven Alleys" in Fuzhou. On the levels of "initial concrescence" and "regeneration by hemopoiesis", it proposes basic theory and method system to conserve historic blocks, and explores the workability of concrescence theory.
