| 摘 要： | 将工业化住宅的设计特征演变与社会生产模式相联系,分成4个阶段:“自发性”设计阶段、“量产标准化”设计阶段.“可变性”设计阶段和“虚拟化和量产定制化”设计阶段,同时指出工业化住宅设计呈现出将先进技术与可持续发展目标整合的发展趋势.

| Abstract: | Connecting with social production pattern, the development of design features of industrialized Housing can be clearly divided into four stages: spontaneous design, standardized design for mass production, changeable design, and virtualized and customized design fro mass production. It is pointed out that the integration of advanced technique and sustainability will be the trends of development of industrialized housing design. |
