| 摘 要： | 基于使用后评价POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation)研究方法,观察广场使用者的各类活动,采访广场的使用者以及发放调查问卷等,然后对调查所获的信息和数据做分析、整理,得到POE评价分析结论,从而了解了南京火车站站前广场的使用状况,为南京火车站站前广场改善服务设施、提高管理水平提供依据,也为其它类似场所的设计、管理所借鉴。

| Abstract: | By POE method, the investigators make observation of the square users' various activities; interview users; hand out questionnaire and analyze information and data from investigation. The comprehensive understanding of the square comes from the conclusion by POE and becomes the base of improving service quality and bettering management for square. This experience could be reference for similar project. |
