新农村建设的新思维--北京平谷区玻璃台村规划设计

基于旅游产业发展的思路,北京玻璃台村在原村址上进行了原拆原建,形成了全新的农村形象;新民居的设计在农民经济承受能力的范围内,兼顾了农村生产、生活和旅游的要求,并保持了农村的特有风貌;对村前的石河进行了景观整治,与防洪巧妙结合;在新民居建设中使用了生物污水处理、外墙外保温与太阳能采暖新技术;在资金运用上将政府与农民的力量结合起来,着重于农村的产业发展和农民的创收能力的建设上.

New Thinking on New Rural Construction: Planning and Design for Bolitai Village in Pingu of Beijing

By the thinking of tourism development, Bolitai Villages construction at original site demolished forms a revolutionary new rural image. Within the scope of farmers economic bearing capacity, the new folk house design gives consideration to the requirements of production, life and tourism, keeps a distinctive rural flavorful appearance, and renovates the landscape of the stone river in front of village combining with flood protection. In construction of village, the domestic sewage disposal, solar heating and exterior heat preservation on external wall are adopted in new houses. The construction funds both from government and farmers will lay stress on industrial development as well as increasing income of farmers.
