追求和谐城市文化本质特征回归

构建和谐社会需要以和谐城市为物质载体,对当前中国城市建设不和谐现象要从城市文化本质特征回归加以反思。要明确新旧和谐是城市发展的基本战略目标,要把握城市文化的延续性、有机性和整体性三大特征;切实保护好城市历史文化遗产,留住城市记忆的文化根基;促进新旧协同,强化城市文脉成为城市个性特色的主旋律;传承地域建筑文化基因,推进和谐新建筑创作,从根本上加强和谐城市构建。

Harmony Architeclure in A Harmony Society

Construction of harmonious society should be carried substantially by harmonious city. Urban disharmo-nious phenomena should be reflected around the issue of returning to urban cultural essential identities. One should be clear about that harmony between the new and the old is a basic strategic objective in urban development. For pro-moting the creation of harmonious architecture and intensi-fying the construction of harmonious city at the root, it is important to catch hold of three identities of continuity, organizability and integrality of urban culture, to retain the cultural foundation of urban memory by conservation of his-toric culture heritage in earnest, to enhance the coordina-tion between the new and the old, to emphasize urban con-text on the main theme of individual characters and to hand down regional architectural culture gene.
