Talking About the Design Concept of Large-sized Commercial Buildings Based on Shanghai Nextage Building

In order make better design for Beijing WangFu Jing Building, the author has made and on-the-spot investigation to SHANGHAI NEXTAGEBUILDING. Form the informal discussion withthe managerial personnel of the Building as well ashis own feeling as a customer, the author has sum-marized several points that need to be taken intoconsideration in designing large-sized commercialbuildings, e. g. to pay attention to the design prin-ciples in fire fighting large-sized commercial build-ings are: giving prominence to commodity and ser-vice, and prornoting friendly relations between cus-tomers and commercial firms.
