多尺寸裂缝自修复体系的胶囊设计参数分析

摘    要:混凝土裂纹扩展过程中,会同时或相继产生不同宽度的裂缝.为了实现胶囊对多尺寸裂缝的自修复,需要设计出在不同裂缝宽度下发生破裂的胶囊.采用扩展有限元和表面黏结技术相结合的应用模型综合分析了囊壁厚度、延性以及界面黏结强度和界面断裂能等因素对触发胶囊破裂的基体裂缝宽度的影响.结果表明:囊壁厚度和囊壁延性的增加可使触发胶囊破裂的基体裂缝宽度随之增大;采用较低的界面黏结强度,并且较大的界面断裂能可使触发胶囊破裂的基体裂缝宽度显著增大.

Abstract:During the crack propagation in concrete,different wide cracks are simultaneously or successively produced.In order to achieve self-healing of capsules for multi-size cracks,it is necessary to design capsules which are broken under different crack widths.The application models based on the combination of extended finite element method elements and surfaces-based cohesive behavior are used to comprehensive analysis the effects of capsule wall thickness,ductility,interfacial bond strength and interfacial fracture energy on the matrix crack width that triggers the capsule rupture.The results showed that with the increase of the thickness and ductility of the capsule wall,the matrix crack width that triggers the capsule rupture increases.And by using lower interfacial bond strength while larger interfacial fracture energy can significantly increase the matrix crack width that triggers the capsule rupture.
