摘    要:为了研究锂渣再生混凝土偏压长柱的适用性,设计9个偏压长柱进行试验。分析锂渣掺量和再生骨料取代率对试件的挠度、裂缝分布以及裂缝宽度的影响。试验结果表明:锂渣能有效减小跨中挠度并抑制裂缝的开展。适量的再生骨料取代率能够增进混凝土试件内部的机械咬合力,减小受压变形。根据试验数据,回归出锂渣再生混凝土偏压长柱裂缝宽度的计算式,并与实测值吻合良好。

Abstract:In order to study the applicability of lithium slag recycled concrete biased long columns,nine biased long columns were designed for testing.The effects of lithium slag content and recycled aggregate replacement rate on the deflection,crack distribution and crack width of the specimen were analyzed.The test results show that lithium slag can effectively reduce the mid-span deflection and inhibit the crack development.Appropriate amount of recycled aggregate replacement rate can improve the mechanical bite force inside the concrete specimen and reduce the compression deformation.According to the measured data,the calculation formula of the crack width of the long-column column of the lithium slag recycled concrete is regressed,and it is in good agreement with the measured value.
