钢纤维混凝土性能与施工工艺研究

摘    要:提高抗折强度与耐久性是当前路面混凝土发展的趋势.在分析钢纤维对混凝土增强机理的基础上.通过试验研究了掺钢纤维混凝土的路用性能.结果表明,与普通混凝土相比,钢纤维混凝土具有优良的路用性能,如抗折强度提高15%~35%、冲击强度提高3~5倍、抗裂性能提高3倍、耐磨性提高42%.并结合钢纤维混凝土特性,提出了钢纤维混凝土的施工工艺及质量控制方法,对钢纤维混凝土施工具有很强的指导作用.
