橡胶粒子-PVA纤维复合改性水泥砂浆的性能研究

摘    要:针对橡胶粒子改性水泥砂浆会造成砂浆强度大幅下降的问题,进行了利用PVA纤维和橡胶粒子复合改善水泥砂浆抗冲击性能和强度的试验研究,采用扫描电镜(SAEM)观察了橡胶粒子与水泥浆体的界面及PVA纤维在水泥砂浆中的分布.试验结果表明:复掺PVA纤维和橡胶粒子可显著提高水泥砂浆的抗冲击和抗裂能力,并可在一定程度上缓解因掺加橡胶引起的砂浆强度下降.
