不同细度钢渣矿渣复合对水泥胶砂强度的影响

摘    要:分别将粉磨至不同细度的钢渣、矿渣按不同比例(质量比)进行复合,并以之替代50%水泥进行水泥胶砂强度试验.结果表明钢渣、矿渣等比例复合的效果是显著的,粉磨时间同为70min的钢渣、矿渣复合效果最好.矿渣细度是影响水泥胶砂强度的决定性因素,延长矿渣的粉磨时间对水泥胶砂强度的提高远大于延长钢渣粉磨时间所产生的效果.另外,对其机理进行初步探讨.

Abstract:Compound with the slag and steel slag which are grinded into different fineness at different blend ratios and replace fifty percent cement to test the strength of the mortar.Results show that the effect of slag and steel slag compounded at the same blend ratio is noticeable,especially to the composite of slag and steel slag which are grinded 70 minutes,the effect is the best.The fineness of slag is the determining factor which affects the strength of the mortar.The effect of prolonging the grinding time of ...
