早强快凝型聚羧酸减水剂的合成和应用

摘    要:针对预制构件混凝土,合成了早强快凝型聚羧酸减水剂--simon600.该减水剂具有较高的水泥浆体分散性和较短的混凝土凝结时间,对混凝土早期强度(1、3 d)有明显的提高,尤其适用于蒸养制度下的预制构件混凝土,不但可以缩短静养时间,也可以在相同的蒸养时间内大幅度的提高混凝上的早期强度.

Abstract:In view of the precast concrete,the fast solidification and early strength type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer-Simon 600 is devel-oped.The superplasticizer can significantly improve early strength of concrete(1,3 d)with excellent dispersibility and shorter setting time of con-crete,especially for the steam-cured precast concrete,which not only can shorten resting time,but also can improve the early strength of concrete at the same steam-cured time.
