超早强快速修补砂浆早期强度的正交试验研究

摘    要:对超早强快速修补砂浆的早期强度进行了正交试验研究,基于综合极差法和功效系数法分别分析了不同水胶比、快硬剂掺量、缓凝剂掺量、聚羧酸减水剂掺量4个因素对快速修补砂浆4 h、1、3 d强度的影响。由试验结果分析可知,当水胶比、快硬剂掺量、缓凝剂掺量、减水剂掺量分别为0.24、25%、0.2%、1.6 g时砂浆表现出较好的早期强度性能。基于最优配合比组合所配制的超早强快硬砂浆4 h抗压强度高达55.6 MPa,1 d抗压强度高达102.6 MPa,28 d抗压强度高达113.1 MPa。

Abstract:The early strength of super high-early-strength fast mending mortar was studied with orthogonal experimental design.Such factors as different water-binder ratio,the amount of rapid hardening components,retard and polycarboxylate water-reducer affecting 4 h,1 d and 3 d strength of rapid mending mortar was analyzed respectively based on comprehensive range method and efficacy coefficient method.The results showed that when the water-binder ratio,the amount of rapid hardening components,retard and polycarboxylate water-reducer is 0.24,25%,0.2%,1.6 g respectively,the mortal shows better early strength performance.The 4 h compressive strength of the super high-early-strength fast mending mortar based on the optimal proportion can reaches up to 55.6 MPa,the 1d compressive strength reaches to 102.6 MPa and 28 d compressive strength reaches to 113.1 MPa.
