摘    要:混杂纤维活性粉末混凝土(简称HFRPC)强度高,可以作为压力传感器,利用这种性能制备强度高的HFRPC压敏传感器。针对不同掺量钢纤维与碳纤维的混杂纤维活性粉末混凝土,研究了28 d标准养护后抗折、抗压强度、电阻率和在单调荷载下的压敏性。结果表明:随着混杂纤维掺量的增加,HFRPC抗折强度有较大提升、抗压强度比较稳定、电阻率显著降低、压敏性明显提升。优选混杂纤维体积掺量为钢纤维1%+碳纤维0.5%的配合比,RPC具有较高的强度和优良的压敏性。

Abstract:Hybrid fiber reactive powder concrete(HFRPC)has high strength and can be used as a pressure sensor to prepare high-intensity HFRPC pressure sensitive sensors.The hybrid fiber-reactive powdered concrete with different amounts of steel fiber and carbon fiber was used to study the flexural strength,compressive strength,electrical resistivity and pressure sensitivity under monotonic load after 28 d standard curing.The results show that with the increase of hybrid fiber content,the flexural strength of HFRPC is greatly improved,the compressive strength is relatively stable,the resistivity is significantly reduced,and the pressure sensitivity is obviously improved.Preferably,the mixed fiber volume is a formulation of steel fiber 1%+carbon fiber 0.5%,and RPC has high strength and excellent pressure sensitivity.
