长龄期粉煤灰混凝土氯离子扩散系数的试验研究

摘    要:通过电导率法研究了水胶比、骨料含量、粉煤灰掺量和龄期对混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响。测试结果表明,混凝土氯离子扩散系数随着水胶比的减小或骨料含量的增大而减小。粉煤灰的掺入显著增大了混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力,最佳掺量为30%。从龄期的影响看,540 d内的混凝土氯离子扩散系数表现出显著减小的趋势,当龄期从540 d增加到1800 d时,混凝土氯离子扩散系数几乎维持不变。

Abstract:The influence of water/binder ratio,aggregate content,fly ash content and age on chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete was studied using electrical conductivity method.The test results show that the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete decreases with the decrease of water/binder ratio or the increase of aggregate content.The addition of fly ash significantly increases the chloride penetration resistance of concrete,with the optimal content staying at 30%.Regarding the influence exerted by age,it can be seen that the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete shows a significant decreasing trend when the age is within 540 d,but almost remains unchanged when the age increases from 540 d to 1800 d.
