嵌锁密实型水泥混凝土粗集料级配振动分析

摘    要:借鉴体积法思想和粒子干涉理论,以嵌锁骨架和密实填充为理念,通过粗集料的振动填充试验,分析了不同粒径集料之间的填充关系,确定了嵌锁密实型水泥混凝土粗集料级配的合理填充比例.研究得出,不同最大粒径的振动填充剩余孔隙率均随填充比例的增大而减小,存在2~3个明显的波谷.随着混料最大粒径的减小,剩余孔隙率减小,且变化曲线的起伏变化幅度降低,更容易趋于稳定.粗集料逐级振动填充的合理填充比例依次为40%、45%和35%.试验验证表明,利用合理填充比例,可以方便地计算确定嵌锁密实结构的粗集料级配组成.
