聚醚基超塑化剂的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:本文采用“分子结构设计”的手段和自由基共聚合的方法研制出了聚醚基聚羧酸混凝土超塑化剂。并对超塑化剂的性能进行了表征。结果表明作为水泥颗粒的分散剂。聚醚基超塑化剂具有减水率高、分散能力好、流动保持性能佳、强度发育快等特点。同时研究了不同的聚合条件、侧链长度以及分子结构对聚醚基超塑化剂性能的影响。

Abstract:According to the principle of "molecular structure design",polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer with allyl polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized by free radical copolymerization method.The properties of the samples as dispersants were evaluated and characterized.It was found that polyether-type polycarboylate superplasticizer has high rate of water reduction,good dispersing power,high ability to keep paste fluidity and rapid increase of strength of the hardened cementitious material.The effects on the qualities of polycarboylate superplasticizer such as polymerization conditions,side chain length,chemical composition and molecular structure were also investigated.
