机制砂的制备工艺及在某桥梁工程中的应用

摘    要:概述了机制砂的典型制备工艺,分析了影响机制砂质量的几个因素,介绍了机制砂在工程中的利用现状。以西部某桥梁工程为例,介绍了桩基部位机制砂混凝土的配制方法,并对混凝土试件的抗压强度、抗水压渗透性、抗氯离子渗透性,以及抗硫酸盐耐蚀系数进行了测试,并分析了石粉含量对混凝土试件性能的影响,为机制砂在类似工程的应用提供参考。

Abstract:The typical preparation processs of manufactured sand and its utilization in engineerings was introduced,and the factors which influenced the sand quality in preparation processs was analysed.Furthermore,a bridge engineering in western China was set as an example,the method of preparation of concrete for the pile position was illustrated.Meantime,the compressive strength,the impermeability,the resistance to chloride penetration,and the sulfate corrosion resistance coefficient for concrete specimens was tested,and the effect of stone dust content on concrete properties was analysed in this work.The achievement were expected as a guide for the similar structures.
