摘    要:根据地震应急避难场所和责任区域的特点,提出以各场所的覆盖半径为权重,使用加权Voronoi图方法在GIS技术上对场所责任区域进行空间剖分.提出影响覆盖半径的七个因子,给出各因子权重计算方法并编制专用程序进行各因子的权重计算,得出加权覆盖半径后,可确定各场所较合理的空间影响范围,并与普通Voronoi图方法进行对比.该方法可作为避难场所规划的依据,达到科学决策的目的.

Abstract:Base on the characteristics of urban earthquake emergency shelters and responsibility space, a method for regionalizing the shelters responsibility space is presented based on weighted voronoi diagram through the GIS technology. Using the radius of shelters responsibility space as the weight of WVD ,7 influence factors on the radius are offered, and the method and the program of factors calculation are given.The method was applied to a optimal responsibility space regionalization of shehers in comparison,with the results of the method of orderly voronoi diagram. Adoption of the method in the shelter plan would make a preferable decision.
