秸秆纤维混凝土砌块的强度和保温性能试验研究

摘    要:本文首先将小麦秸秆制作成压缩块,放入纤维混凝土空心砌块中制成秸秆混凝土砌块。而后对纤维混凝土空心砌块进行了强度试验和保温性能试验,对秸秆混凝土砌块进行了保温性能试验。试验测得空心砌块28 d的平均抗压强度值为9.51 MPa、平均抗弯强度值为1.8 MPa、传热系数为1.57 W/(m2·K),秸秆混凝土砌块的传热系数为1.08 W/(m2·K)。该秸秆砌块满足强度的要求并具备更好的保温性能,为秸秆资源化利用提供了新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper,stalks of wheat were used to make compressed bricks,and the bricks were placed into the hollow fibre concrete block to form the stalk fibre concrete block.And then,intension and thermal insulation performance of hollow fibre concrete block were tested,also the thermal insulation test of stalk fibre concrete block was carried out.The experimental results indicated that the mean 28 d compressive strength was 9.51 MPa and mean bending strength was 1.8 MP for the hollow fibre concrete block,the thermal insulation coefficients of hollow fibre concrete block and stalk fibre concrete block was 1.57 W /(m2·K) and 1.08 W /(m2·K) respectively.Stalk concrete block could meet the requirements of intension and had better thermal insulation performance.
