建筑火灾的先期控制及其应用

摘    要:简要介绍了建筑火灾先期控制的基本原理。将建筑火灾的危险源划分为两大类,第一类是建筑物中存在的危险能量或物质,第二类是导致危险能量异常释放的各种不安全因素。在对建筑火灾危险源进行辨识的基础上,初步建立了建筑火灾流变过程的基本模型。并以歌舞厅火灾为例进行了火灾危险源的辨识和危险源的流变分析,以此为依据讨论了此类场所防火措施的制定,使得制定的防火措施具有更强的针对性,能够更好的实现减少和遏制火灾事故发生的安全目标。

Abstract:This paper simply introduces the theory of controlling in advance for building fire. Building fire hazards are divided into two sorts. The first is the hazardous energy or material which exists in building. The second is various unsafe factors which may lead to the hazardous energy release unconventionally. Based on identifying the building fire hazards, the basic model which gives expression to the rheological process of building fire is set up elementarily. Then the song and dance room is taken as an example for identifying fire hazards and analyzing the rheological process. According to that, measures for protecting those analogous places from fire are made out. So these measures have strong pertinence.
