| 摘 要： | 以牛蹄角为原料,添加一定量的Ca(OH)2和NaHSO3在适宜的温度和时间条件下,合成出性能优良的蛋白质型混凝土发泡剂.以此发泡剂为母液,稀释到一定浓度,添加表面活性物质进行复配研究,考察其对发泡剂母液的发泡和稳泡性能的改性效果.实验结果表明,对原有蛋白质发泡剂生产工艺的改进相对提高了其发泡稳泡性能,进行复配后效果尤其显著,泡沫性能得到大幅度提高.添加的几种物质对发泡剂的泡沫性能均有不同程度的改善作用,其中十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和明胶的改善作用最明显.适宜的复配方案:发泡剂母液用量为50mL,浓度为20%,明胶:0.05g,十二烷基硫酸钠:0.45g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.1g.以此方法制得的发泡剂性能为:起泡比44.8,沉降距4mm,泌液量2.4mL.
