| 摘 要： | 介绍了北京一处新农宅设计经验,从调查实地现状出发,做出了符合当地使用的一组节地节能的新型农宅设计,得到北京市规划委员会的认可,其样板房方案设计获北京市方案设计优秀奖.该设计中的一些新技术措施如屋面太阳能利用与建筑的一体化可供新农村住宅设计参考.

| Abstract: | Based on existing conditions of local,we introduce a new farmhouse in Beijing and work out the new idea of conserving land and energy which is fit for the new farmhouse and finally approved by the Beijing planning authority.The design of the model room won the Design Prize in Beijing.In addition,new technologies such as roof solar energy use can be employed as good reference for the design of new farm home in Beijing. |
