节点刚域对钢管输电塔主材受力的影响

摘    要:为了研究节点刚域对主材受力的影响,将主材及其相关节点视为微观尺度模型,采用壳单元离散,将输电塔的其余部分作为宏观尺度模型,采用梁/杆单元离散。根据平截面假定推导了位移约束方程来实现微观尺度模型和宏观尺度模型的连接。6座输电塔的多尺度有限元分析结果表明:节点刚域对输电塔主材的轴力影响很小,而对弯矩影响较大。因此,对于弯曲应力与轴向应力比例较大的主材,可以考虑采用多尺度模型来分析,以考虑节点刚域对主材受力的影响。

Influnce of Joint Rigid Zone on Mechanical Behaviors of Main Members in Steel Tabular Tower

Abstract:To investgate the influnce of the joint rigid zone on the mechanical behaviors of main members in the steel tabular tower,the main members and the joints related are discreted by shell elements as macro-scaled model,and the other parts of the tower are discreted by beam elements or truss elements as micro-scaled model. Based on the plane section premise,the constraint equations are derived to connect the two types of model.The results based on the multi-scaled finite element anaysis of 6 towers show that:the influnce of the joint ridgid zone on the axial force of the main members can be neglected,while the the influnce on the momments of the two ends is great.Therefore,if the ratio between the bending stress and the axial stress is large,the main members should be simulated by the multi-scaled model as possible to consider the influnce of the joint rigid zone on the main members.
