摘    要:采用分离式环梁提升烟囱钢内筒时,钢内筒受力状态不同于其使用时,因而对钢内筒需要加固,同时还要保证吊装各构件的安全,但相关验算在规范和手册中均没有参考。本文利用ABAQUS有限元软件对这一吊装过程进行有限元模拟,分析了钢内筒、倒牛腿、环梁和下锚固垫板等主要构件的受力和变形特征,并与附壁式环梁模型进行了对比。分析表明,各构件应力较小,吊装过程安全可靠,多数构件具有较大的优化潜力。重力荷载在环梁上分布不均匀。当分离式环梁整体刚度相对于钢内筒大的多时,采用节点耦合的简化计算模型对结果影响并不大。分析结论对设计起到了一定的指导作用,实际吊装过程也证实了本分析的正确性。
