对建设“平民大学”于理念的分析与思考

建设“平民大学”是近年来部分地方院校提出的一种新的办学理念。该理念的提出，是对我国传统平民教育思想的继承与创新，对促进高等教育和谐发展和建设高等教育强国，进而实现全面建设小康社会、创新型国家与和谐社会等目标具有重要的战略意义。高等教育公平理论、高等教育大众化理论和高等教育分类定位理论是其存在的理论基础。
