| 摘 要： | 研究型大学要逐步建立现代大学制度。现代大学制度包括宏观和微观两个层面的内涵，具有历史性、延续性和创新性。研究型大学应从学术自由的本质、以人为本的原则、大学章程的规范、大学文化的视角等方面出发构建现代大学制度。

| Abstract: | The research-type universities should progressively build modern university system. The modern university system, which includes macro-micro connotation with nature of diachronism, continuity and innovation. The research-type universities should construct the modern university system based on the essence of academic freedom, the human-oriented principle, the criterion of university constitution and the visual angle of university culture. |
