| 摘 要： | 教育是一种培养现代人的活动,而现代人在现代国家中的角色就是公民。随着全球化的日益深入和我国法治建设的深化,培养公民应成为我国教育目的的核心表述。公民既是现代教育的立足基点,也是现代教育的旨归。公民教育的实质是提升人的素质,实现现代国家的良性运转,它是达成民主社会和法治社会的最有效手段。

| Abstract: | Education is an activity of cultivating modern human, whose contemporary role in the modern country is citizenship. With the globalization and increasing deepening of legal system construction, cultivating citizen should be the focus of the objectives of modern education. Therefore, citizenship education is not only the base point, but also major objective of modem education. The essential of citizenship education is to advance human qualities to realize smooth operation of modem country,which is the most effective way to reach democratic society and monocracy society. |
