团队学习模式在管理类专业教学中的实践

摘    要:阐述了团队学习的含义和特点,分析团队学习模式在管理类专业教学过程中运用的有效性;总结了在团队学习实践中关于团队的组建及管理,团队学习中教师的定位,团队学习的内容形式,以及团队学习绩效的评价四个要素,并就在团队学习过程中存在的“搭便车”与习惯性防卫问题、“自治”与“控制”问题、本位主义与横向协作问题进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper expounds the meaning and characteristic of team-learning and analyzes the efficiency of ream-learning mode in teaching of Management principles. It also summarizes four factors about the practice of team-learning: the establishment and management of the team, orientation of teachers in team-learning, the content and fornl of team-learning, and the performance evaluating of team-learning. Simultaneously, it analyzes some phenomena existing in team-learning, such as the free riding behavior, the defensive routines, autonomy and control, selfish departmentalism and landscape orientation cooperation.
