面向POD的低碳城市住区形态 研究 ——以重庆鲁能星城住区为例

步行是住区中最基本最节能的出行方式,同时也是健康的生活方式。本文引入POD模式在住区中的发展目标,包括提高居民出行中的步行化程度,以及鼓励住区居民的步行生活;其次,以鲁能星城住区为实证研究对象,一方面基于提高步行化程度的目标,分析了居民步行化程度与住区形态中密度、混合使用的关系;另一方面,基于引导居民步行生活目标,分析了居民步行偏好特征与住区形态中环境设计的关系。最后,提出了面向POD模式的低碳城市住区形态。

Study on the Forms of Low - carbon Residential District in POD Mode: Taking the Luneng Community in Chongqing for Example

This paper introduces the development goals ofPODmode,improving the degree of trip on foot and encouraging residents to enjoy walking life.Based on the data obtained from Luneng community in Chongqing,the paper analyses the relationship between degree of trip on foot and the residential density and diversity. And it also analyses the relationship between preferences of pedestrian and the environment design.Finally,the paper proposes the forms of low-carbon residential district in POD mode.
