基于生产性服务业空间主成分分析的长春市多中心性格局研究

利用生产性服务业的空间布局研究中心城区尺度多中心性可以探析城市内部的功能空间结构。本文选取长春市中心城区范围内的保险、广告、会计、科技、律师、物流、银行7种生产性服务业的POI数据进行核密度分析，采用空间主成分分析法对生产性服务业空间布局进行综合分析，利用城市网络分析工具U NA测度长春市中心城区交通网络中心性，检验其与生产性服务业的相关关系。研究结果发现长春市中心城区范围生产性服务业多中心呈分级圈层分布；生产性服务业部分中心与城市商业中心吻合；传统商务中心对生产性服务业的影响较大，老城区的老商业中心易出现生产性服务业中心；生产性服务业多中心与交通网络中心性存在明显正相关，生产性服务业沿城市主要道路的集聚明显。

An Research on the Polycentric Structure of Changchun City Based on Spatial Principal Componentof Producer Service Analysis

Using the spatial layout of producer services, the central city scale polycentricity studycan explore the functional spatial structure of city inside. The POI data of 7 producer services,namely insurance, advertising, accounting, science and technology, lawyers, logistics andbanks are selected for kernel density analysis. The results are analyzed by the spatial principalcomponent analysis to get the polycentric comprehensive analysis map of producer services. Theurban network analysis tool UNA is used to measure the centrality of the traffi c network in thecentral city of Changchun, and to test its correlation with producer services. The results show thatthe polycentricity of productive service industry in the central city of Changchun is distributedin a hierarchical circle; the partial center of the productive service industry is consistent withthe urban commercial center; traditional business centers have a greater impact on producerservices, while the old business centers are prone to producer services; there is a strong positivecorrelation between the city polycentricity and the traffi c network centrality, and the productiveservice industry is obviously gathered along the main roads of the city.
