隔震技术在既有框架结构加固中的应用

为推进隔震新技术在既有建筑加固改造中的应用,本文通过对已实施项目的研究总结,从造价、施工周期、结构合理性等方面总结出了隔震技术加固既有框架结构建筑的适用条件,提出了设计流程、设计主要内容及注意事项,探讨了隔震技术施工关键技术,归纳了该技术的推广优势,对隔震新技术在既有建筑加固改造中的应用具有指导意义。隔震新技术应用于既有建筑加固,技术可行、经济合理,在未来的防震减灾中有广泛的应用前景。

Applied Research on an Isolation Technology for Reinforcement of Existing Framework Structures

From research and refining on existing constructions,conditions of isolation technology for reinforcements of existing framework structures are fixed from aspects of construction cost,construction period,structure rationality and so on,which will give a promotion of applying isolation technology in building reinforcement and reconstruction.A design progress,main design content and notes are proposed.Both the isolation technology and the construction key technology are analyzed,so the advantages of promotion are concluded,which is very important in the area of applying isolation technology in existing building reinforcement and reconstruction.The isolation technology is feasible and economic rationality,so it has good application prospects in the fields of earthquake disaster mitigation.
