| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍性能抗震设计基本概念和内容的基础上,分析了性能抗震设计方法与现行抗震设计规范方法（常规方法）在设防目标、设计方法和抗震构造措施等方面的异同点,提出将性能设计理念与常规设计方法相结合,创建适合我国国情的实用性能抗震设计方法,并就建筑结构的抗震设防目标、抗震设计方法和抗震构造措施等提出了一些初步建议。
