混凝土发泡剂的泡沫稳定性研究

摘    要:采用添加少量表面活性物质和胶状物质于蛋白质型发泡剂中,用发泡倍数和泡沫体积随时间的变化作为发泡剂性能评价指标,探讨了它们对发泡剂的发泡性和泡沫稳定性的改善效果。实验结果表明,添加的4种物质对发泡剂的泡沫稳定性均有不同程度的改善作用。其中烷基苯磺酸盐的改善作用最明显,当其掺量为0.2g/30mL发泡液时,发泡倍数为16.7,泡沫稳定时间大于3h。

Abstract:Effects of some addition of surfactants of surfactants and glues to protein foaming agent on improving foaming and foam stability of the foaming agent were discussed using change of foaming times and foam volume along with time as evaluation indexes for performance of the foaming agent.Testing results showed that addition of 4 additives improved to different extents foam stability of the agent,alkyl benzene sulfonate out of the fourproved to be most effective.At the addition of 0.2g per 30ml foaming solution and 16.7 times of foaming,its foam retaining duration exceeded 3hrs.
