硅烷偶联剂对环氧改性有机硅树脂耐高温性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同硅烷偶联剂对环氧改性有机硅树脂耐高温性能的影响,研究结果表明,使用KH560的环氧改性有机硅树脂耐高温性能较使用其它硅烷偶联剂的为好。通过正交实验发现,在实验选定条件下,影响环氧改性有机硅树脂耐高温性能的主要因素是偶联剂用量,其次是催化剂用量,树脂配比影响较小。

Abstract:Effects of different silane coupling agents on high temperature resistance of epoxy modified silicon resin were studied.Testing results indicated that high temperature resistance of silicone resin modified by epoxy KH560 was better than that of silicone resin modified by other silane coupling agents.It was found out by way of orthogonal experiments that under given experimental conditions,the main factors influencing high temperature resistance of epoxy modified silicone resin included,first,dosage of coupling agent,second,dosage of catalyst,and last,proportion of two resins that had little effect.
