超耐候建筑外墙涂料的研究

摘    要:对提高建筑外墙乳胶涂料的耐候性进行了研究 ,并加入纳米二氧化钛作为涂料的部分取代颜填料 ,利用纳米粉体材料对紫外光的吸收特性 ,研究其添加用量对乳胶涂料性能的影响 ,特别是对耐候性能的影响。使加入纳米二氧化钛的乳胶漆的耐人工老化时间提高到 10 0 0小时以上。

Abstract:Study was carried out on improvement on weather resistance of exterior wall latex coating and nanoTiO 2 was added to replace part of pigment and filler of the coating.Making use of the featured absorption of nanopowder of UV light,study was made of effects of adding content of nanopowder on performance of latex coating,its weather resistance in particular.By so doing,period of artificial ageing resistance for latex coating could extend to over 1000hrs.
