| 摘 要： | 本文通过对水的价值的分析,指出水具有物质与人文两方面的价值,并着重谈及在城市规划和建设中对水的人文价值的影响。提出通过合理的进行土地规划,河流、湖泊和湿地的保护和利用,加强废水、污水排放的规划和管理及创造性的进行设计等方法解决或减少城市建设过程中对水的人文价值的影响,最后提出在城市规划和建设过程中应当充分重视水的价值并以慎重的态度去对待它。

| Abstract: | In this paper,through analyzing the value of water,author indicate that water have both material and human culture value,emphasize the influence of urban planning and construction on the human culture value of water.Then,author advance protecting and using river,lake and marsh through reasonable land programming,strengthen planning and management of waste water and effluent,and innovative design,or reduce the influence of urban planning and construction on the human culture value of water.In the end,bring forward that pay great attention to the value of water during urban planning and construction,take up a careful attitude. |
