Taking the Nanjiao Park planning as an example, the author will explore the way of utilization and coordination of the given resources on park planning to keep pace with the urban development in the new era, thus satisfying the growing demands of the citizens on scenery parks. The author believes by preserving the traditional heritage while striking for development in the overall planning, the parks' reconstruction and upgrading will be achieved, quality and taste will be promoted, while variety and vitality being injected into the new landscapes.
