磷酸三聚氰胺阻燃中密度纤维板燃烧性能

以美国南方松木纤维为原料,添加质量比7%的脲醛树脂及质量比分别为0%、3%、6%的磷酸三聚氰胺,制备阻燃中密度纤维板。采用锥形量热仪,在辐射功率50kW/m2下研究磷酸三聚氰胺对中密度纤维板的阻燃性能的影响。当磷酸三聚氰胺的添加质量比为6%时,中纤板的热释放速率、热释放总量、有效燃烧热、质量损失速率、比消光面积较空白试样分别下降24.1%、19.8%、15.3%、9.1%和上升126.9%,引燃时间从39.1s增至50.1s。磷酸三聚氰胺显著提高了中纤板的阻燃性,但产烟量大幅增加,需配合抑烟剂使用;中纤板表面的预固化层将引起热释放速率曲线的第一个波峰分叉。
