| Abstract: | On the basis of the actual needs of fire-fighting rescue service and fire command subject building, this paper puts forward a concept and concrete evaluating method, the dynamic evaluating system on fire forces fighting capacity, under the new situation during the new period, and analyzes the required fulfilling goal. The introduction centers on the designing concept and the composition of every parts. |
