摘    要:为了对比不同可燃爆粉尘粒径在基于多孔环形喷嘴的20 L爆炸装置中的分散特征,采用ICEM对计算模型进行局部加密的非结构网格划分,结合耦合时间平均Navier-Stokes控制方程组和DPM动量平衡方程,实现了不同粒径铝粉(50、100、250μm)在20 L爆炸仓中分散全过程的三维数值模拟。结果表明:基于多孔环形喷嘴的20 L爆炸仓内的粉尘云空间分布较为均匀,但粉尘粒径越大,多孔环形喷嘴的约束管道内残留可燃爆粉尘越多,爆炸仓中心位置的真实浓度越低于形式浓度。
