| 摘 要： | 马兰矿选煤厂的煤泥水呈酸性且泥化现象严重,现有处理工艺不能实现清水洗煤、闭路循环,为此对煤泥水的处理工艺进行了改造,实现了洗煤废水闭路循环,废水零排放,最终达到节约运行成本和保护环境的目的,改造后可节省药剂费用约为53万元/a. |

| Abstract: | The treatment process of the coal washing wastewater of Malan Coal Preparation Plant was reconstructed because the existing treatment process could not realize coal washing with clear water and closed circulation due to acid coal washing wastewater and high sliming phenomenon.The closed circulation and the zero discharge of the coal-washing wastewater were realized.The final aim of saving the operation cost and protecting the environment was achieved.After the reconstruction,the chemicals cost of 530 000 yu... |
