摘    要:介绍了国内外水体的POPs污染现状,阐述了降解硝基苯、氯苯类和多环芳烃类有机污染物的微生物及其各自的降解机理。对利用强化生物技术降解持久性有机污染物的工程实践作了介绍,并指出了今后生物降解研究的发展方向。

Abstract:Based on serious state of persistent organic pollutants(POPs) pollution at home and abroad,the paper describes the microorganisms degrading nitrobenzene,chlorobenzene,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) and their functional mechanism,it also discusses the engineering practices of degrading POPs by using enhanced biotechnology and gives a development direction of the research on biodegradation in the future.
