深水井小流量变频恒压稳压供水系统的应用

摘    要:当前深水井大多采用变频调速控制,但由于水泵低速运行效率很低,导致小流量供水期间“费电”问题突出,因此不少村镇在改用变频供水模式后千吨水能耗指标很高。针对小流量耗能问题。提出了深水井小流量变频恒压稳压供水的解决方案,并结合河南新密市某村的人畜饮水工程建设,介绍了该方案的设计及实际运行情况,结果表明新方案比传统恒压供水模式节电约40%。

Abstract:The variable frequency speed control technology is widely used in deep well water sup- ply system. But more electricity is consumed in small flow rate water supply periods because the pump ef- ficiency is very low at low speed operation. Therefore, electricity consumption per kiloton-water is very high after using variable frequency water supply mode in a lot of villages and towns. A new solution for the energy consumption problem was introduced, that is, deep well variable frequency constant and steady pressure water supply system with small flow rate. Taking the drinking water project for human and domestic animals of a village in Xinmi City for an example, the design method and running states of the system were introduced. The operation results show that about 40% electricity is saved compared with the conventional constant pressure water supply mode.
