黄浦江上游水源地的水环境特征及保护对策

黄浦江上游江段是上海市最大的供水水源地，确保其水量和水质对于保障上海市的饮用水安全有着十分重要的意义。为此，重点分析了黄浦江上游可利用水资源的组成和近十年来的水质变化趋势，以及上游主要水功能区的水质现状和入河排污量，并提出了水环境治理、引清调水、水功能区管理、保护规划、信息预警等水源地保护对策。

Characteristics of Water Environment in Water Source Place at the Up Stream of Huangpu River and Protection Strategy

The upper reach of Huangpu River is the biggest water source place in Shanghai City,and to ensure the water amount and quality is of great significance for safeguarding safety of drinking water supply.Therefore,analysis is focused on the composition of available water resource at up stream of Huangpu River,water quality variation trend in recent years,the current status of water quality in water function division up stream,and pollution discharge into the river.The protection strategy is proposed for the water source place,including water environmental control,water diversion,management of water function division,planning of protection,and information forecast and alarm.
