摘    要:天津某开发区工业污水处理厂规模为5×10^4m^3/d,进水中含有制药企业、轮胎制造业、汽车工业等多种工业企业排放的废水,COD成分复杂。该厂原采用活性污泥法HYBAS工艺,设计出水水质为一级B标准,为使出水水质提高至天津市地方标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准)(DB12/599-2015)中的A标准,实施了提标改造工程,设计采用“反硝化滤池+Fenton高级氧化法”深度处理工艺中试结果及投产后的实际运行数据均显示,Fenton高级氧化法可将进水COD为60mg/L的污水,稳定处理至30mg/L以下。该提标改造工程处理成本为2.50元/m^3,经营成本为2.03元/m^3。

Abstract:The treatment capacity of an industrial wastewater treatment plant in a development zone in Tianjin City was 5×10^4 m^3/d. The influent contained wastewater from pharmaceutical enterprises, tire manufacturing, automobile industiy and other industrial enterprises, and the COD composition was complex. The plant used the activated sludge HYBAS process, the design effluent quality was first grade B standard. In order to improve the effluent quality to the A standard of Tianjin local standard Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wasteivater Treatment Plant ( DB 12/599-2015 ), the main advanced treatment process of u denitrification filter + Fenton advanced oxidationv was adopted. The results of pilot test and actuiil operation data after commissioning showed that Fenton advanced oxidation process could reduce the effluent COD from 60 mg/L to less than 30 mg/L stably. The treatment cost of the project was 2. 50 yuan/m^3 , and the operation cost was 2. 03 yuan/m^3.
