摘    要:以区域多水源协同供水、优化运行为基点,提出了一种用于多水源优化调度建模、求解及方案评价的实用方法,并以北方某工业园区的多水源供水为例进行了模拟计算。在分析工业园区供需水结构的基础上,提出了多水源联合供水优化调度策略,以总缺水损失-协调供水费用-各供水子系统供需水量差额最小为目标,建立了多目标优化调度模型;采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ),为决策者提供多组解方案;结合逼近理想解的TOPSIS法与FAHP法进行方案评价选优,为多水源供水系统优化调度提供决策支持。

Optimal Scheduling of Regional Multi-source Water Supply System

Abstract:Focused on cooperative water supply and optimal operation in regional multi-source water supply,a practical method for modeling,solving,and scheme evaluation in the optimal scheduling of multi-source water was proposed. The multi-source water supply system in a northern industrial park was used to test the method. Based on the analysis of the water supply structure in the industrial park,a strategy to optimize the schedule of multi-source water supply was presented. A multi-objective scheduling optimization model was developed to minimize the general loss of water shortage,the cost of coordination in water supply,and the differences between water supply and demand in each subsystem. Nondominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ) was used to provide solution sets which were used as scenarios by decision makers;the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS)and fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) were combined to solve the problem of scenario evaluation and optimization to provided decision support.
