摘    要:染织行业的浆染生产废水具有浓度高、色度大和含有大量难降解有机物的特点,属于难降解、污染重的工业废水。实践证明,当进水BOD5、COD、SS和色度分别约为800、3 600、900mg/L和12 000倍时,采用物化/生化/化学氧化法处理此类生产废水(800 m3/d),出水水质可稳定达到当地的排放标准。

Abstract:The starching-dyeing wastewater is characterized by high concentration, high color, and high content of refractory organic matters, and is of refractory and heavily polluted industrial wastewater. It is proved in practical operation that it is efficient to adopt the physico-chemical/biochemical/chemical oxidation process for treatment of this wastewater (with capacity of 800 m~3/d). When the influent BOD_5, COD, SS, and color dilution factor are about 800 mg/L, 3 600 mg/L, 900 mg/L, and 12 000, the effluent quality can steadily reach the local wastewater discharge standard.
